Thank you notes from local Restaurant employees - April 2020

Mr. Ken Brown, I am writing to express my appreciation to you. I am one of the many employees at Hole In the Wall Barbeque. In a time of uncertainty, it was a blessing that I much needed, being a single mother of two young girls. Thank you again for providing four Interstate bank gift cards as well as an opportunity to receive a grant.

Just wanted to say again, thank you. It means so much to me that I was able to help coordinate such a generous effort to benefit a few of the folks I really care deeply for. We are a young bunch with unpolished manners and I truly hope you understand our full gratitude. All of the folks you met yesterday have such great attitudes through hardship-aside front the obvious unemployment, they are each facing homelessness, mental health and substance abuse crises, as well as a time-out from a very important escape for most of them. I constantly try my very best to look out for my people and I can’t thank you and your team enough for giving me the chance to continue supporting them. I greatly appreciate and admire the work you have done and continue to do and am further inspired to, as you have done, help where I can. Best wishes to you and your loved ones.
